This is an application for Year 6 students who want to be part of the 2026 Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) Program at Wallsend Campus. It must be completed by a parent or carer responsible for the education wellbeing of the applicant, and the student themself.

Year 7 2026 CAPA Program Timeline

April 7 2025: Online applications close - applicants will be sent an email with audition details. Make sure to include a valid email address (that you check regularly) on this form.
May 21 2025: Auditions held at Wallsend Campus
July 30 2025: Applicants notified of the result of their application by email and if successful, are required to complete an online Agreement to accept their position.
August 13 2025: Last date to accept or decline an offered position.
