Link Form to student if not already done so.

For students who have a Dietary Requirement email/print form & plans for kitchen.

For students who have food Allergy/Anaphylaxis Plans -

Cross-reference existing plans with plans provided & update ERN.
Print new Student Emergency Report to update Health Conditions Folders in Duty Room & Health Centre.
Place hard copy of food allergy/anaphylaxis plan in student file in Front Office.
Forward allergy/anaphylaxis plans to BSM Assistant to update boards.
Notify Health Centre & forward copies of new plans if applicable.
Notify Food Tech/Hospital Teacher of student with food allergy/anaphylaxis plans.
