Please complete all sections of this form. Approval for financial assistance lasts for one calendar year for the student.

Assistance may not be available if your child is receiving a secondary bursary grant, Ab Study or Youth Allowance. Funds will be allocated in response to specific written requests for assistance.

Please note the secondhand uniform pool may be accessed for uniforms. Non-school based sports and extra-curricular activities cannot be covered by Student Assistance. Excursions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. For each excursion or event not listed below you need to submit an ‘Additional Student Assistance Consideration’. These extra events will not automatically be covered with this scheme. Parents / carers can contact the Head Teacher Wellbeing to request this form.
