IF NOT PREVIOUSLY DONE, please schedule a time with the WHS/HR Officer to have an Induction on Administration of Medications in School Bytes prior to the excursion. Click the link to see the Administering Medications on Excursion process.

The attached form has been submitted to the Health Centre who will carry out the tasks in the applicable workflow stages when the medication is delivered.

Note: PARENTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED - "Medication (in its original packaging or blister-packed and labelled with his name, dose and administration frequency) MUST be delivered to the Health Centre at Farrer the DAY BEFORE the excursion departs"

On completion of the excursion return Medications to the Health Centre and notify them of any that have been given back to parents.
