Dear Parents and Carers,

At Yarrawarrah Public School we acknowledge the importance of sun protection and want staff and students to enjoy the sun safely.

We implement a ‘Sun Safe Station’ in each classroom where DEB Protect 50+ sunscreen is available for all students to access.

Please complete the permission slip below if you would like your child to apply sunscreen at school.

If you do not give permission for your child to utilise the provided sunscreen, we ask you to please send in a named bottle of sunscreen for your child and sign the permission slip below. Please label the bottle clearly with your child's name and deliver it to the office to enable us to obtain the correct safety data sheet (SDS).

This consent remains valid for 12 months.
