You will also receive a separate email to submit your WWCC clearance. This also allows you to submit the required insurances for your organisation. Please uploaded the insurance documents at this point.

If the provider needs Engagement Agreement with insurance polices

1. We require an Engagement Agreement for <organisation name> and mandatory insurance to be supplied. Please check the "I am required to complete an Engagement Agreement with mandatory insurance policies" box on the form to provide required documentation. Please note the instructions for the signing of the engagement agreement as we can only accept an agreement that has been signed correctly.

If the provider has already has a digital declaration and the insurances have been uploaded but we need an engagement agreement use sentence 2

2. We require an Engagement Agreement for <organisation name>. Please check the “I am required to complete an Engagement Agreement (no insurance required) box to complete the Engagement Agreement. You do not need the insurance certificates because they were uploaded when submitting your WWCC or you have previously uploaded them. Please note the instructions for the signing of the engagement agreement as we can only accept an agreement that has been signed correctly.

If we have a current Engagement agreement use sentence 3

3. We have a current Engagement Agreement for your organisation. Please check the “I am NOT required to complete an Engagement Agreement”
