Competition Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Farrer has published a new website (www.farrer.nsw.edu.au) and within that website there are seven (7) prizes to be found and claimed.

Eligible participants must search the website and identify any one of the seven (7) anomalies or deliberate errors. The anomalies/errors/clues are;

the incorrect use of a word
a false hyperlink
an incorrect activity
an incorrect location
an incorrect instruction
an incorrect name
an incorrect team

Once found, the participant can claim their prize by completing this claim form, identifying the anomaly/error and the page on which it is located.

Only claims identifying the exact anomaly will be honoured. Claimants that identify potential anomalies or errors other than those intentionally created for the purpose of this competition cannot be awarded a prize. The prize-winning anomalies have been recorded and held in the confidential custody of two Farrer employees prior to the commencement of the competition, with a copy provided to the School Principal.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to residents of New South Wales but employees, their family members and associates of Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School are ineligible to enter. Students, or prospective students are eligible.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one prize per person.

The competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

The winning prize will be, for each anomaly, a $100 Coles Group Gift Card (redeemable at Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express, Target, Kmart, Officeworks and other stores as per the terms and conditions of the card). The use of specific brands as prizes by Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Prize claim forms are automatically date and time stamped so if more than one participant claims the same prize, the first correct eligible claim received will be approved.

The competition will end when all seven (7) prizes have been claimed unless advised otherwise by Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced as each prize is claimed and notified via the email address provided on the claim form.

The prize will be mailed to the address provided on the claim form or held for collection from the school subject to the preference nominated by the winner on their claim form.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

Each winner's name will be announced on the Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School's social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for or declined a prize.

General

The competition is being run by Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School.

Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
