Check that the Student Application for Permission to Drive (S.05) has been received from the student. (If not, mark this form as "In Progress" and follow up the student to submit his form)
Once the student S.05 form is received, check the colour level is as required, and if so, advise the student accordingly.
If the student is not on the required colour level, notify the parent and student accordingly, and add a comment to this workflow when completing the action.
Mark this action as complete. Also Complete the workflow action for the students form S.05.

Note: You can export a list of Permission to Drive forms from within School Bytes > Form Responses, and filter for the two forms , selecting in the filter the status of 'Completed'.
