This is the Student Application for Permission to Drive (S.05) form. Counterpart to this form is the Parent Permission for Student to Drive (P.22).

Link this form to the Student
Check that he is on the required colour level. If not, advise him accordingly, and mark this task complete, adding a comment explaining why.
If on the correct colour level, check if the Parent/Carer has already submitted their Parent Permission Note to the Parent/Carerform. If not, send Parent Permission for Student to Drive (P.22) to the Parent.
Mark this as "In Progress" until received.

Once both Student & Parents Permission notes have been received, notify the student that permission has been granted. Mark this action as complete and the same for the Parents form P.22 workflow.

Therefore, your application is approved.

I remind you that you must abide by the terms and conditions of this approval as stated in the School Manual section 4.6

Forms marked as "In Progress" will remain in your Form Responses list as a reminder that you are awaiting the other form (from the Parent or Student). This should be monitored regularly and followed up as necessary. Refer instructions on the Intranet.
