Please complete the following tasks:

1. Enter student's absence into Sentral - Student Attendance as Explained / Leave / Holidays / Comment: (Insert reason for approving eg visiting sick grandparents etc) / Source of Information: Travel application approved by Principal on DD/MM

2. Notify the student's teachers via email in Sentral. Eg 'Please be advised (student name), will be absent from (insert travel dates). Please ensure work is available on the Google Classroom and advise student of arrangements for any assessments during this time. Thank you'

3. Link the form response to the student. If there are multiple students listed on the application, please link to the youngest child.

4. Please print the Certificate of Extended Leave (Travel) for each student listed on the application and add it to their student file.
