Parents/carers. Please read the following with your student.

I agree to the following:

A bond of $20 is payable to the school in exchange for the key, which is fully refundable once the key is returned to the front office and the locker has been deemed to be in excellent condition by staff.

The locker and key are my responsibility and are not to be shared with any other student. In the event of a lost key, a $20 non-refundable fee will be incurred for replacement.

The locker is not to be vandalised in any way, including but not limited to, writing on the inside or outside of the locker, the use of stickers. Any misuse and/or intentional damage to the locker will result in the immediate loss of access to the locker, immediate return of the key to the front office, and loss of any future locker privileges. In this instance, the $20 bond will not be refunded.

I will notify the front office if there is any damage or vandalism to the locker immediately. I will notify the front office if the locker label is missing.

I agree to keep the inside of the locker clean and that any food or liquid stored in the locker must be in an sealed container.

I agree that locker can be opened and inspected by the Principal or a delegate nominated by the Principal.

I have discussed gaining access to a locker with my parent / carer.
