1. Clicking 'View in School Bytes' button in the email
2. Looking to the top left of the response and clicking the 'Link' button
3. Selecting the appropriate student then clicking 'Submit'
Save the form into the student's folder in the '4503 - Tyalla PS - Student Records' Google Drive folder
