This is the STUDENT Digital Devices Agreement (S.01), which is the counterpart to the Student Digital Devices Agreement - Parent Acknowledgment (P.50).

Check if mobile number is recorded or has changed

And, if necessary;

Update Students Mobile Number in ERN (which will update School Bytes and Millennium)
Update the students Mobile Number in Reach (Boarders only).
Check if the Parent Agreement has been received. If so, mark this and the Student Agreement as "Complete". Otherwise mark as "In Progress" until both forms are received.

Forms marked as "In Progress" will remain in your Form Responses list as a reminder that you are awaiting the other form (from the Parent or Student). This should be monitored regularly and followed up as necessary. Refer instructions on the Intranet.
