This is an application for Year 6 students who want to be part of the 2026 Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) Program at Wallsend Campus. It must be completed by a parent or carer responsible for the education wellbeing of the applicant, and the student themself.

Round 2 Audition – Video Submission

Please complete the online application form and submit a 3 - 4 minute video performance (or presentation of artwork) of your student in their main focus area. If they submit more than one focus area in their online application form (dance, drama, music or visual arts), they should choose their strongest area to present in the video, to demonstrate their technical skill, expression and stylistic understanding.

The video performance is to be saved on a clearly labelled thumb drive. Place the thumb drive in an envelope, along with a COPY of their 2024 Semester 2 School Report, and drop it off at the CCWC Administration Office, Macquarie Street, Wallsend (near the Abel Street intersection, Gate 4) by Friday 4 July 2025. Ensure the thumb drive is clearly labelled with your child's name and school.

Year 7 2026 CAPA Program Round 2 Timeline

May 27 2025: Round 2 Applications open - audition will be by video. Please complete this online form, make sure to include a valid email address (that you check regularly) on this form.
July 4 2025: Last date to submit this form and drop a clearly labelled thumb drive with a 2 - 3 minute performance (or presentation of artwork) video to the CCWC Administration Office. Please also include a copy of their Semester 2 2024 Report.
July 30 2025: Applicants notified of the result of their application by email and if successful, are required to complete an online Agreement to accept their position.
August 13 2025: Last date to accept or decline an offered position.
