Volunteers play a vital role in the Schools Spectacular's success, taking on key tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. Volunteers contributions help create a seamless and unforgettable experience, leaving a lasting impact on the community and supporting young performers.

We are looking for bubbly, outgoing, and proactive volunteers to be part of this exciting event! If you love working with people, enjoy high-energy environments, and are eager to help behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on board.

The Schools Spectacular volunteers application is open to anyone who:

is over the age of 18
has a valid Working With Children Check
is available during show week (Tuesday 25 November 2025 through to Saturday 29 November 2025).

Full availability across the five days is not mandatory—you can specify the days you’re available through the application form. Limited volunteer positions are available, so your application does not automatically place you on the team. All applicants will be notified of their results once selections have been finalised.
