Kindergarten and new families to Pennant Hills Public School are welcome.

On Friday 6 June, 13 June and 20 June our EAL/D Teachers will run three orientation sessions for parents and carers from a Language Background Other than English in the new BASC building on the K-2 site, commencing at 9:15am and finishing at 10:30am.

The program will include the following topics:

Packing a healthy lunchbox
Getting to know school/ class routines
Getting to know your child’s teacher
How to help your child adjust to school life
Understanding Growth Mindset
How much is enough homework for Kindergarten students
The Australian education system

It is very important for Kindergarten parents and parents of new families to attend these information sessions to familiarise themselves with school life at Pennant Hills Public School.

WHEN: Friday 6th June, Friday 13th June & Friday 20th June

TIME: 9.15AM - 10.30AM

WHERE: New BASC building on the K-2 site

We recommend attending all three sessions as different information will be covered in each session.
