Lessons include activities that are fun and inclusive for students, whilst also providing them the opportunity to critically explore in depth their faith and to pray and reflect.

Combined Christian

With SRE teachers from local churches, students ask questions, explore the Bible and discover the Good News of Jesus Christ and what it means to be a Christian in our world today. Lessons are age-appropriate, fun and inclusive.

Special Education in Ethics (SEE)

Providers:

Students practice and improve skills in critical thinking and ethical reasoning to develop a life-long capacity to make well-reasoned decisions, discussing age-appropriate ethical issues with peers in classes impartially led by trained volunteers. NB. Students attend AMA when no volunteers are available for SEE.

Alternative Meaningful Activities (AMA)

· No religious or ethics education

Students not attending special religious education or special education in ethics will be located in a separate space and will participate in alternative meaningful activities. This could include reading, private study or completing homework.

A parent/carer may at any time notify the school in writing that they wish to change their decision. Students will continue the same arrangement as the previous year, unless a parent/carer has requested a change in writing.
