We are kindly asking for lolly don ations so that a &lsquo\;Lolly Bar&rsquo\; can be put together on the nigh t for our students. Current Year 5 students have the op portunity to purchase a Year 6 2025 polo shirt. The shirt is designed to h ave the FHPS school logo on the front\, the names of all Year 6 students o n the back as well as their chosen nickname. \;

We have worked a longside an Aboriginal designer from Gumaraa to create an Aboriginal desig n using our school colours. Students were able to design their own shirts\ , which were then submitted to the designer. The designer has incorporated at least one small aspect of each students design to create our Year 6 20 25 polo shirt.

The Year 6 polo shirt can be worn as part of the school uniform. \;

Coach hire will be provided for this competition\, and the cost m ust be paid before the event. \;

Students are to arr ive at school at normal morning times. The games will start at 10 am and f inish at approximately 2 pm. All parents are welcome to come and support t he students during the day and even help with the teams if they wish.  \;

There will be a canteen available\, run by Mount Keir a Public School\, that students will have the opportunity to buy from thro ughout the day. \;

Students are to wear a full schoo l sports uniform and a hat. Bring a bag with lunch\, recess\, water bottle /s\, and sunscreen.

Protective gear: Students must wear shin pads while playing soccer\, so please bring your own or indicate if y ou need to borrow some in the permission section. Joggers are fine. Howeve r\, studded shoes are not allowed on the field. \;

    Anap hylaxis

    If your c hild suffers from anaphylaxis\, they should have an ASCIA Action Plans for Anaphylaxis which has been prepared by their doctor.     Children at risk of anaphyla xis need to bring at least one adrenaline auto injector. On catered progra ms\, children with food allergies are required to wear an identifying red wristband.     Transport to and from the venue will be by private means to minimise the cost of the day. If you are unable to provide transport for your chil d to or from Jamberoo\, you are encouraged to make alternate arrangements with other Year 6 parents. \;

    Children need to arriv e at Jamberoo Action Park by 8:45am at the latest. We have a swim test boo ked in for 9:15am. Mrs Tier and Mrs Weiberle will meet students at the fro nt.  \;

    We have worked alongside an Aboriginal designer from Gumaraa to create an Aboriginal design using our school colours. The students of Year 6 2026 v oted to keep the same design\; however\, they chose to add the blue colour as seen below. The updated preference was then submitted to the designer\ , who incorporated the students’ choice into the final Year 6 2026 polo shirt design. \;

The Wollongong Network SRC has be en successfully running for the past five years and brings together studen t leaders from both primary and secondary schools across the network.
