 ities. This is also a wonderful opportunity for students to begin engaging
  with peers they will transition to high school with. This year\, we are e

DESCRIPTION:<p>Dear Stage 3 Parents and Carers\,</p><p>Adamstown Public Sch
 ool has been selected to participate in the performing arts extravaganza\,
  Star Struck 2025. Star Struck is a fantastic event where students in the 
 Hunter region are able to showcase their talents in drama\, dance and choi
 r.</p><p>At this stage we are estimating that the cost to participate in S
 tar Struck will be around $200. This cost includes the Star Struck partici
 pation fee ($36)\, a compulsory Star Struck shirt to be worn in the Finale
  item ($30) and costumes (around $50-$70 each). To support our students wh
 o are interested in participating\, costs for costumes and Star Struck fee
 s will be minimised where possible through school fundraisers.</p><p>Paren
 ts will be required to transport their child/ren to and from rehearsals\, 
 as well as the day and evening performances.</p><p>It is expected that stu
 dents will miss approximately 4 days of regular school. Students will also
  be learning and practising routines at school during their break times.</
 p><p>Star Struck day and evening performances will be taking place on Frid
 ay 13th June and Saturday the 14th June. Exact times for the performances 
 and information on how to purchase tickets for these performances will be 
 released to the public soon.</p><p>For your child to participate in Star S
 truck 2025\, please complete the form and pay the $80 deposit by Monday 31
 st March. We understand this is a quick turnaround\; we only heard of our 
 acceptance on Friday. We understand that this is a considerable amount of

 for all students Years 2-6. &nbsp\;The carnival is the first Thursday for 
 students in 2026.</p><p dir=\"ltr\">Please be aware that there will be no 
 supervision available at school for students in Years 2 to 6 during the ca
 rnival.</p><p dir=\"ltr\">The carnival will feature separate events for bo
 ys and girls\, and all students are encouraged to participate in races and
 /or novelty events. Every entry will contribute points to their house.</p>

  novelty carnival will take place in the small wading pool following the m
