Venue: The carnival will be he
ld at Gulyangarri Public School playground on Wednesday 2nd April from 12:
30pm to 2:30pm. Parents are invited to join us in cheering on our students
while they compete and have a picnic lunch. Gates will be opened from 12:
20pm - 1:00pm for parents wishing to watch their child'\;s race.
Families: Families are invited to attend and watch our students compete in
the Cross Country carnival. Families are encouraged to cheer on students
from the basketball court throughout the afternoon. Families can bring cha
irs or blankets to sit on. \;Our canteen will also be open during the
break with a range of treats being sold. All money raised will go towards
our Year 6 gift.
Cost: Nil to participate. Canteen items will be $1

Each year\, students have the op
portunity to purchase a Year 6 polo shirt to commemorate their time at Gul
yangarri Public School before they move to high school. It has a design th
at features the name of the school on the collar\, the school logo on the
front of the shirt and a feature design on the back with all the names of
the current Year 6 students. The shirt is made of cool touch material and
will be black and orange.
If you would like your child to purchase o
ne of these shirts to commemorate their final year in Year 6\, please fill
in the order form and pay before the end of Week 8\, Friday 20th of June.
The shirts will cost $35 each. This must be paid for the order to be succ
essful. No orders will be accepted after Friday 20th of June.
Please
chose the size of the shirt CAREFULLY. It cannot be exchanged if the inco
rrect size is chosen. Shirts are from the same company that make our schoo
l uniform and sizing is the same. Once Year 6 shirts have been collected a
t the beginning of Term 4\, students can wear them as part of their unifor
m. \;
