SUMMARY:StEPS Vision Screening
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:Statewide Eyesight Preschooler Screening (StEPS) program is an
initiative of the NSW Ministry of Health and offers all 4-6-year-old child
ren a free vision screening assessment.\n\nIt is highly recommended all 4-
6-year-old children participate in the vision screening program as many vi
sion problems remain undetected unless a child’s vision is screened by a
trained vision screener or tested by an eyecare professional.\n\nIf your
child is in Kindergarten and has not yet received a StEPS vision screen\,
your child is still eligible for a free vision screen.

CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:The Statewide Eyesight Preschooler Screening (StEPS) program is
an initiative of the NSW Ministry of Health and offers all 4-6-year-old c
hildren a free vision screening assessment.\n\nIt is highly recommended al
l 4-6-year-old children participate in the vision screening program as man

by a trained vision screener or tested by an eyecare professional.\n\nYour
child {student_fname} may have already participated in this screening pro
gram if they attended child care or preschool last year. If your child is
in kindergarten and has not yet received a StEPS vision screen\, they are
still eligible for a free vision screen.\n\nIf you have any questions abou
